All SculptureWalk artists receive a transportation stipend of up to $500 per sculpture per trip for delivery and pickup to Sioux Falls and 2 nights accomodations at the Holiday Inn City Centre in downtown Sioux Falls.
Youth Sculpture Award - This is a Sioux Empire Arts Council program that is sponsored by Xcel Energy. Artist-mentors are each paired with a high school student (9-12) to help them create a model sculpture. Then, a jury selects the winning sculpture and that is built to full size and inclusion in SculptureWalk. Expenses to create the sculpture are covered and a $1,000 scholarship is awarded to the winning student artist.
